Aspectos contemporâneos da construção compartilhada do conhecimento: uma perspectiva virtual / Contemporary aspects of the shared construction of knowledge: a perspective in virtual settings / Aspectos contemporáneas de la construcción del conocimiento compartido: una perspectiva virtual

O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal analisar as interações sugestivas de processos de construção compartilhada do conhecimento entre alunos e tutores de um curso de especialização em Saúde da Família, na modalidade de educação a distância. O método utilizado foi de estudo de caso, com avaliação de 66 fóruns temáticos de discussão, à luz do referencial metodológico da análise de redes sociais. Realizou-se a tabulação das interações sociais entre os participantes e, posteriormente, a criação de matrizes gráficas. Os resultados revelam a possibilidade da construção compartilhada do conhecimento nos fóruns temáticos de discussão, devido à existência de relações interativas. Concluiu-se que a educação a distância, com apropriação das ferramentas virtuais da cibercultura, reafirma sua importância na qualificação profissional, cujos recursos não apenas permitem a socialização de saberes científicos, mas instigam a gênese de saberes construídos coletivamente.

The aim of this study was to analyze suggestive interactions of processes of shared construction of knowledge among students and professors of a specialization course in family health, in the distance learning modality. The method adopted was the case study, with the evaluation of 66 thematic discussion forums, in light of the methodological framework of social network analysis. Social interactions among the participants were tabulated and graphic matrices were later created. The results indicate the possibility of shared construction of knowledge in the thematic discussion forums, given the existence of interactive relationships. In conclusion, distance learning, as it appropriates virtual cyberculture tools, reaffirms its importance in professional qualification, where resources not only enable the socialization of scientific knowledge, but also instigate the genesis of knowledge that is collectively built.

Representações Sociais de Profissionais da Saúde sobre Aprendizagem e Internet / Social Representations of Health Professionals regarding Learning and the Internet

RESUMO O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o núcleo central e os elementos periféricos das representações sociais de médicos, enfermeiros e cirurgiões-dentistas sobre aprender com apoio da internet. Na pesquisa, foi utilizada a técnica das evocações livres, fundamentada na abordagem estrutural. Identificou-se que a representação social dos sujeitos sobre a temática apresenta uma estrutura da qual participam elementos avaliados pelos próprios sujeitos positivamente e que estão interligados, observando-se uma coerência entre os elementos evocados. Os prováveis elementos que compõem o núcleo central identificados pelos termos “facilidade” e “praticidade” demonstram o caráter funcional e normativo da representação. A primeira e segunda periferias apresentam elementos que complementam e reforçam o possível núcleo central com termos ligados à cultura do fast food. A fim de reverter um possível uso reduzido das tecnologias, conclui-se que a inserção da temática sobre o uso da internet deve estar presente de forma transversalizada às disciplinas dos cursos de formação inicial e permanente dos profissionais de saúde.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this article is to present the central core and the peripheral elements of social representations of doctors, nurses and dentists about learning with support from the internet. In the survey we used the technique of free evocation based on the structural approach. We inferred that the social representation of the subjects on the theme presents a framework which brings together elements positively assessed by the subjects themselves, and that are interconnected, observing consistency between the evoked elements. The elements that likely make up the central core identified by the terms “ease” and “practicality” demonstrate the functional and regulatory nature of the representation. In order to reverse a possible reduced use of technology, it is concluded that the topic of Internet usage should be included across the spectrum of disciplines that form the courses for the initial and ongoing training of health professionals.
